Any here try the World of Warcraft TCG? The Upperdeck site has downloadable demo decks and a large document of rules and gameplay. If there's a quick-start guide, I have not found it....

When you download the demo decks, the instructios say to print them out and use other cards in sleeves. The printable cards are smaller than YGO cards. Each deck is 4 pages, with 9 cards per page.

I've got them all printed and stuffed in sleeves. Now I need to figure out how to play...

I heard it was similar to Magic with a strategic tap system, but I didn't think to ask if there was a tutorial. I hate when a new game comes out and we get stuck with mega documents. You'd think they could hire a playtester to write one up for them and put it someplace prominent.

I think you should read the rules book. I'm going to play WoW TCG too, I think. But here are all Starters Deck and Boosterbox sold. I think there are maybe some Starter Decks and Boosterboxes in some shops, but those are more expensive.

I picked up a starter and some boosters... now that I've played the game, it's not that bad actually and quite fun. If you know how to play Magic with the "leader" twist of FMA, you've got the main principle down for WoW. Only other "twist" is the resource availability of Duel Masters as you can use ANY card to provide resources to pay the cost.

The boosters also come with some sort of point system and loot-card thing where you get In-game items in World of Warcraft as well as having some items shipped to you via mail. Though, I'm guessing no one will bother because anything other than loot-cards will cost you hundreds of dollars.

They have to redo that.

I haven't gotten around to reading the whole rulebook yet, but I've skimmed it and I see that it is like Magic (Psh, I stopped playing that after it killed itself in my soul).

I'll probably play it though, it sounds fun enough.

I just saw this game being demoed this weekend. I like the look of it. Im gonna have to get it. Seems simple enough too. Very magicy versus-esque.

I was wanting to get into it but its sold out here. If it isn't they are over charging on packs and boxes. $5-$6 a pack and $140-$160 a box.

I went to the San Jose Release event at the Great Mall yesterday and had a good time. I was thinking too much of VS so I kept setting resources after turn 6 even though I probably shouldn't have. And I didn't know those Quests could be done at any time, like during the End Phase of the opponent's turn....

Still, the Starter Deck came in a great box and I learned how to play the game, so I'm not totally oblivious to UDE's next big project.

There was a Release at the Great Mall? Dang. I would have gone to that. Any more in our area? Who went to this one?

Jonathan Hau and I both went. Jon top 8'ed with a 3-1 record and then top 4'ed and got a little pouch for it. However, I'm afraid I don't know when and where the next local WoW event will be. The WoW website would probably have this info.
