well here it is!!!
upon my attendance which shall be sprung and my power shall be attained,
due to the nocturnal and the daybreak i shall be here for all to see,
the opposing life shall recive my disarray upon the collision of my power,
from the life i walk at my feet you shall tremble in the day of reckoning,
for now i do not exsist with the traditions of others of this world,
i shall arrive from the ashes of other world for a small and select few,
my speacialty is my power as is with my family from once i came.

A continuous effect. When attacked your opponent takes damage. A unique effect. "Small and select few" could mean a small group of monsters.

Could be either opponent's Life Points or opponent's monster. Talks about an attack of some kind.

Returns from Graveyard, perhaps? Returns by the effect of just a few monsters (if it's a Trap, then Mask of Darkness, etc.)
