"Another World" possibly refers to the Ancient World, i.e. Ancient Greece.
Delta is the fourth letter of the Greek alphabet.
It concerns Three monsters with Zero effects (i.e. 3 Normal Monsters).
 
well sorting out the clue didn't take as long as i thought it would so here is the first clue.
