Hmmm, initially I was guessing "Spiritualism". It's a 'spirit', so it doesn't take any living form. It goes with "Giant Trunade" since they do the same thing, but it only returns 1 card, not all of them, hence it will hurt you less than the other. I misread the last part about not winning. I thought it said not losing. So it would seem that I am mistaken...:tssk:
 
Tied as in equal. I am tied with another. Tied for first place, to be the best of my kind. I will not hurt my player as much as the other, but I cannot ever win. I take no bodily living form.

I'll give you guys a hint: 'I cannot ever win' is a VERY key thing here. There are very few cards that cannot ever win, yet at the same time see competitive play. And I see competitive play.

Spirit of the Breeze?
I was thinking it has to be wind because wind has no form.
It is equal with many other monsters being 0 attk.
And it could see some competitive play with a Fire Princess burn.

I don't know.

No, but good guess. And yet, it is not tied to be the best of its kind, since things like TER are profoundly better. here's another hint. I will keep giving hints until someone gets it.

Lava Golem is tied to your opponent, lol... and it hurts them for 1000 each turn...

but it CAN win ......

Spirit Reaper can probably win... but he IS a not exactly living.......

who or what cant win.... hmmm... a loser.... man i need to get better at riddles ...who cant take shape, a ghost, Lava, (sort of), hmmm....

Ok.. Solemn Judgment and Horn of Heaven can both stop Jinzo , both are traps and neither are monsters or can take a living form..... Solemn costs 1/2 of your life and Horn only takes 1 monster...hmmm... Horn of Heaven ... or Solemn Judgment , i cant decide so i will guess both

It has equals other equips.
But since it only works for level 3's and below it is beaten
Lv 3 and lower decks can be competitive.

Relinquished... ( i think it ties with Thousand Eyes restrict) plus it has a 0 attack so it cant actually win on its own... it has to have an equip to be able to win...

single edged as in 1 effect ... Thousand Eyes has 2 .. so it owuld be the double edged.... Im way off arent I....
 
No. No, as in "No, you're not way off". Actually, yes, you are WAYYY off, but that was excellent logic. Really, you did well. Unfortunately, Reliquished is *sort of* alive.
