This sounds like on I'll never get, 'cause I bet it relates to some 70's sitcom I've never heard of. So I'll just point out that if anybody knows a card with a shooting star on it, speak up...

Ok, I did some research:

wish = hunger or desire (among others, but these two caught my eye)

hunger the only one I can think of is Hungry Burger, and as it makes sense that a wish is something a witch can do, then the ritual can be made by a witch wich can lead out to Hamburger Recipe <-- I doubt that this is it, but anything is possible.

Now I really got interested in "desire" which desire = Greed, so to make a wish on something you want I guess the lucky part will get out to be a Pot of Greed?
