Who knows where i can find the english rom at?

All major retailers, and a bunch of minor ones too :D

If you're looking for a ROM download for a GBA emulator, that's illegal. I'll delete any posts I see that point you to any dumps of any games and report both parties to the FBI as possible software pirates. DO NOT do that on these forums. I mean it.

edit: There will be no discussion on this topic. None.

there are only monsters in the game no characters. :D

The free dueling is so-so but the best part of the game are all the challenges. I'm sitting here trying to figure out a lot of them without buying packs but you can't. =/

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to deal with beating the crap out of the computer multiple times with my cyber stein deck. =)

One of those challenges is messed up. It won't allow me to activate a card effect in a chain *if* I otherwise have everything correct. If I intentionally mess up, it works just fine, but of course I'm 1900LP short of a victory.

(I'm not spoiling it on purpose -- just mentioning that one seems unbeatable to a glitch or something)

Anybody know what you have to do to get beyond Batteryman C? I'm assuming I have to beat the other characters more, but if someone can save me time and tell me to do something else, it'd be much appreciated. Skull Servant = Pain in the rearend!!

I played each person 5 times each. When I had Kuriboh-5, Scapegoat-5, Skull-5, Watapon-5, and Pikeru-1; Batteryman opened up. When Pikeru got to 3, the Ojama and Goblin opened up (but I did beat Batteryman once by this point, so that may be it too). When Pikeru hit 5, all 5 level 2s (Frog and Dragon) were open. This is assuming that it is victory-based and not getting-a-card-based.

Which challenge is "glitchy"? I thought I got all of mine...Maybe I've yet to unlock an early one...

I'm only up to level 4 but here is how to advance. Beat Lvl 1 guys 3-5 times each opens all of Lvl 2. Repeat for the next few levels to open more monsters, packs, and duel puzzles. I do have to admit the puzzles and AI are harder in this game than any other. I love the fact that the AI will now set magic cards to draw your M/T destruction out.

yea the unfortunate part it never uses breaker.

if the card is face up itll use breaker if its face down it wont. so you can always 100% sakuretsu it.

you just have to beat each person 5 times and do atleast most of the challenges.

the only challange that cant be cleared is "Huge Revolution" it doesnt matter what happens you will never be able to clear it unless you use a cheat. :)

SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING

"Close-Up Conjuring" I'll walk through it right here, so you guys can tell me what I'm doing wrong :D

MAIN PHASE 1

- Activate "Summon Priest"s effect -- discard Monster Reincarnation, Special Summon Queen's Knight
- Activate Reinforcement of the Army -- Choose King's Knight
- Normal Summon King's Knight, Special Summon Jack's Knight
- Activate Polymerization - Send all 3 knights to the Graveyard, Special Summon "Alkana Knight Joker"
- Activate Generation Shift -- target "Summon Priest" to move the other "Summon Priest" to the hand
- Activate Premature Burial -- target Jack's Knight

BATTLE PHASE

- Attack Newdoria with "Alkana Knight Joker"

Here's the problem -- if I don't have Jack's Knight on the field, the game lets me chain to Newdoria's Effect with "Alkana Knight Joker"s effect, and discard "Summon Priest" to negate it. But if Jack's Knight is out, it does not give me an opportunity, and Newdoria kills my knight, leaving me 1900LP short of the victory.

Is there another way to win this one, or am I just toast here?

preamature the Knight then attack with the knight and hold the A button as soon as the creature is destroyed. it should forcefully activate the activate effect screen.

Im preaty sure Alkana Knight Jokers effect doesnt require him to attack. so safe bet would be attack with Jack's Knight :)

How about Horus? I've beat everyone at least 5 times, and the last 3 level 5 guys are still locked. Most of the puzzles are solved, but I haven't done any limited or theme duels; which I was hoping to get more cards before taking those on.

And those expensive packs with only 3 cards in them? What a disappointment...

Why is it when i snatch a d.d. survivior and he gets removed from play he comes back on my side of the field. i find that quite strange.

And as for the last 3 lvl 5 guys...... i havent got them either. i think ya must need to beat everyone 7-10 times. Its a slow process.

I believe that you must complete 60% of all the challenges to unlock those three opponents.

I haven't gotten that far into the challenges yet, but I've beaten everyone in Free Duel more than 10 times each now. I'm working on the Duel Puzzles now. I think I've finished about 20 of them so far.
