Yubel, Terror incarnate question

Yubel is not being forced to activate here. It's manual, which I find odd for a trigger, but manual nevertheless.
yes that is the real kicker thats been messing with my head. but now that its all been figured out, I just want to make sure I got this right....

at the start of your end phase you have 2x Yubel - Terror Incarnate
you activate one destroying the other and thus special summoning Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare.
so at the end of your end phase you have a terror incarnate and an ultimate nightmare on the field.

is that kosher with everyone?:?:

So the short of it is that ONLY ONE Yubel Ultimate is summoned to the field, right?

(hey, what do you know? I actually got something right for a change...:D)

That's the crux of what I'm trying to say. There are cases where Spell Speed 1 effects can activate at the same time. But those are strictly forced events. Yubel is not being forced to activate here. It's manual, which I find odd for a trigger, but manual nevertheless. The End Phase hits, and you decide where within the End Phase to activate it. It's Spell Speed 1, so you have to wait if you want to activate another Spell Speed 1 effect. You don't get to activate the other Yubel.

Yeah, I was just backing up what you said DJ with something official from UDE since harvey_locust only looked to the rulebook about triggers.

didnt know if yous guys read this since I posted it and there were two more replies after it....

So basically what everyone's saying here is, it's best NOT to have two Terror Incarnates on the field.

Otherwise everyone gets stuck in a logic loop and the universe ends.

Hey, just to add my two cents here. Simon is probably checking to see i fthis effect isn't a as-soon-as-you-enter-End-Phase-it-triggers effect. But I will venture to say this: We already have several cards that trigger like this in the end phase. Spirit Monsters, Plague Wolf, Laberynth of Nightmare for example. (You all are correct in saying it is not a matter of SEGOC. How I believe it works:

I have Azura Priest and Yubel - Terror Incarnate on My side of the Field, Dark Necrofear (destroyed by Sakuretsu this trun) in GY and D.D. Scout Plane RFP. And just for kicks....an Ectoplasmer active on my side. My End Phase...I decide how to order them all. So, I first bring out Necrofear and equip it to your Monster. Then I tribute it for Ectoplasmer. Then I will return Azura Priest, Then Destroy all Monsters (left) on the Field except Yubel, then return D.D.Scout Plane. I'm done.

Until KSS, this is how it should be ruled. Mainly due to the fact that if this card does Destroy all Monsters on the field as soon as you enter the End Fase, it will be the first to do so with this text (although, it wouldn't surprise me either way).
