i prefer the dump and revive method of getting old blue yes onto the field, so when you do your trap line up consider soul ressurection x2

great fun to fuse 3 bewds for beud, then revive one or two bewd's back tot he field use premature, coth or soul ressurection
 
Ok thanks for the help i need as much help as i can get since there is a tournament on and i want to come back with blue-eyes in my deck the Best Normal monster in the game imo.

But why don't most advanced players use him? cause he has no effect why?

Anway please everyone help out a fellow duelist.
 
I don't know why players use dragon. Probably because if they rose upagain. Anti-Dragon Decks would stop them. Oh well. I like the deck. I think the Paladins are cool I run 3.
 
Yeah they may have so many cards that can defeat them but then again they have so many saport cards.

Even Advanced Players Ask why i use Blue-eyes. But when i bring out shining Dragon they understand cause they are defeated by him in 1 turn cause Blue-eyes Ultimate had just been smashing though there monsters.

Anyway anymore help?
 
Everytime I have run BEWD I have done it through the Paladin route- it seems faster somehow. Especially if one is trying to fuse for BEUD and eventually get BESD. In that case, run multiple senju, manju and Sonic Birds.

I have also found that running non spellcasting area to protect your BEWD and BEUD helps. But in that case, also run plenty of normal monsters like Luster Dragons.

Other thoughts: Divine Wrath? So irritating to get out BEUD only to lose it to a Man-Eater Bug...

Divine Dragon Excellion (i just like this card)
The Light - Hex Sealed Fusion
Summoner of Illusions

Definitely sub the fusion for BEUD...Lighten the Load , Magical Mallet, Level Conversion Lab....Cost Down, you will want to play BEWD to control the field, no one really relies on brute force any more...

I believe that the main reason none of the Competitive players use BEWD or monsters of the same calibur is this: 1, it's a 2 tribute mon. 2, he offers no advantage when he is on the field....sure he has 3000 atk, but thats all he really does. 3, they are too easily wiped from the field-- they eat Hammer Shots and Smashing Grounds like nobody's business.

Now don't get me wrong, I love the Double tribute mons, Dark Magician is my favorite monster- but in the land of competitive playing, they are just not worth the effort.

As for the deck----
What! no Spear Dragons!! Drop Kaiser Glider and a Kaiser Seahorse for Spear Dragon x2
