This is my deckout deck. The most basic combo involves DNA Surgery. Enjoy!
If "DNA Surgery" is in play changing all monsters to Zombie-Types, and a monster that was not originally a Zombie-Type is Special Summoned, "Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower"'s effect is applied and you send 2 cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard.

I like the idea of Ectoplasmer + Malice Doll and DNA. But, eventually your opponent will lose because of Ecto and not Bone Tower. Good idea tho, I like it =)

Maybe you could also try Card of Safe Return. You'll get so much more advantage while your opponent is losing advantage with Bone Tower.

Maybe a Heart of Clear Water to protect your Tower from being destroyed is also a good choice.

I did some changes but forgot to add those to this decklist. I added 2 Card of Safe Return and a V-Lord and some more stuff lol
 
i think you deck is a bit exiled, using bonetower and malice ascendent AND ectoplasmer. this might not be a bad thing so dont take it personal ;)
 
I want to trade out 1 Malice Doll of Demise for 1 Spirit Reaper, since the Doll is only truly effective when Ectoplasmer is out. Spirit Reaper has its own discard thing going, and with just 1 Ecto in place, you have a pretty good shot of actually getting a successful attack with Reaper.

Then, also, trade out 1 Ectoplasmer for 1 Coffin Seller. You can still burn your opponent for each monster that you force your opponent to discard. It gives you an additional way to inflict damage, without getting quite so many redundant draws from having 3 Ectoplasmers.

I can't believe that I forgot Spirit Reaper! I mean, he's a zombie and he kills hands. >_> I'll add 1 or 2. Thank you!
 
no Call of the Mummy? wouldn't hurt to have one Despair from the Dark at least in sidedeck in case you run into the wrong side of the reaper. Ryu Kokki for warrior/spellcasters. (can be searched also by Turtle)

I used to run a zombie mill deck that was practically ALL zombie. Last time I used DNA Surgery was back when TIV (Tribe-Infecting Virus) was still "legal". I tried Malice Ascendant once but really didn't work for me with all the other zombies I was using.
