There are a couple of things, Snatch Steal is a good start. Use Swords of Concealing Light and zap him with Dark World Lightning or Nobleman of Crossout. I have put in Summoned Skull to deal with the pesky 2400's Monsters. Also Mystic Plasma Zone is an option in this deck.

I agree you need 3 Dark World Lightning, it combines well with Swords of Concealing Light and Nobleman of Crossout. This gives a huge counterswarm combo that is difficult to overcome.
