It's the same as Berserk Gorilla. It can only attack if there is nothing to hold him down. So it cannot attack while gravity bind, etc. is active on the field.
It targets it continuously. Like said before, it's the same as Snatch Steal. When Snatch Steal has resolved and you play Rare Metalmorph on the same monster, Snatch Steal is negated although it was already targetting the monster.
As it stands, no: Send to the Graveyard is not the same as Discard.
We should wait for the official translation before we can get a real ruling (maybe the TCG version will say Discard instead of Send).
Konami's US website states that it will be released on March 20th.
Konami's UK website states that it will be released in April.
Konami Netherlands' website doesn't state anything at all :(

- Air Paladin - Neo Parshath
Are the only 2 I know people got them, other cards aren't named on the forums.
In the series, Summoned Skull's attack is a lightning attack. Water conducts lightning, so the damage is increased ;)
ontopic: I have that feeling about E-Hero Bubbleman: draw 2 cards when the only requirement is that you have no other monsters? Let me see that card!
The problem is, a lot of people think (just like the judges we always have at a Sneak Preview here in the netherlands) that when it doesn't say it on the card that you cannot do it, you can do it.
Asura Priest says that it cannot attack directly after attacking the monsters. Ultimate Tyranno...
"A replay is triggered when an attack has been declared, and then during the attack a potential attack target on the opponent's side of the field appears or disappears. A replay can also occur because the attack target is no longer a legal target during the attack."
It says so on the basic...
