I agree with Martok and Entropy. "Deck Devastation Virus" would destroy the card right after the draw before the turn player gets priority. Much like how "Level Limit - Area B" changes your monster to defense position before you get priority to activate an effect.
"Mystical Space Typhoon"...
You guys are still fighting about this? That policy is too vague to determine what to do in this case and UDE isn't publicly clarifying. Judges are gonna rule the way they feel is fair until UDE comes out and specifically gives us a ruling on the situation.
Fighting about it is pointless...
Just to add. You would also not be able to Special Summon an equipped Union monster to the field if "Cold Wave" is activated because you would be trying to activate an effect of an Equip Spell Card.
Hope this helps!
Please note that you would not be able to use "Inferno Reckless Summon" if "Golden Homunculus" was Special Summoned by "Shining Angel's" effect.
Also note that if you're playing your "Macro Cosmos" deck correctly, you may run into the problem of your "Shining Angel" going out of play instead...
You cannot interrupt the resolution of an effect with the activation of another card, so no, you can't do that.
Besides, the rulings tell you when you have to activate "Dice Re-Roll"
So you would have to activate and resolve "Dice Re-Roll" before you flip your "Dice Jar".
Hope this helps!
"Cat's Ear Tribe" sets original ATK to 200. After the effect wears off, the original ATK returns to what it was, but "Maju Garzett" has an ATK of ?, so it loses it's ATK and zeros.
"Sanga of the Thunder" makes the ATK 0. It doesn't mess with the original ATK, so it would return to it's...
Sorry, but the stolen monster will go to your opponent's Graveyard. "Last Will" requires it to go to your Graveyard. There's no way to trigger "Last Will's" effect in this situation.
Hope this helps!
Make no mistake, "Future Fusion" does indeed work with "Five-Headed Dragon". It has already been ruled that it works with "Chimeratech Overdragon", so you don't have to worry about Konami/UDE saying anything different.
Hope this helps!
The "Gorgon's Eye" ruling is in error. Someone should send an email to UDE/Konami and notify them of the inconsistency. The two rulings are contradictory, but the "Grave Protector" ruling is consistent with the text of "Slate Warrior".
As you can see, the effect triggers when he is destroyed...
Neither of these cards create a condition or have a "lingering" effect. They only have activation timing. If the last thing to happen is not their activation timing, they cannot be activated and go hopelessly to the Graveyard. Sorry.
Hope this helps!
You realize that you are not Summoning "Chaos Sorcerer" by activating his effect, right? Removing a LIGHT and a DARK from your Graveyard is his Special Summon condition (from the hand), not his effect. His effect is to remove one face-up monster on the field in exchange for his ability to...
OK, I found one, too:

If it's in the Graveyard, it will not go back to the deck/hand. I would imagine that would be extrapolated to the new cards in CDIP since there are no rulings to the contrary.
Hope this helps!
