Check your netrep files and learn..It can happen to any body Rulings You cannot activate "Stray Lambs" the same turn that you Summon, Flip Summon, or Special Summon. But you can perform a Set the same turn. So you can activate "Stray Lambs" and then Tribute one of them to Set "Labyrinth Wall"...

jep Cha is right, you cant use your scapegoats for tributing it for a tribute summon. But you can use almost the same thing for tribute offers..And that is Stray Lambs..The only disadvantage thing they have is that you can't normal summon, flip summon or special summon in the same turn.. But...
