The Batteryman OTK, while powerful, isn't stable enough to base an entire deck on.
This deck may have the potential OTK as a win condition, but the OTK isn't the only win condition.
The over the top Trap negation is there for one thing: Chaos Return, which is this Regionals flavor of the month.
And maybe a Heavy Mech could work in here.

hmmm....Here'a an idea.
What If I dropped the Decree setup and the high level toons and focused on using the Level 4 and Lower Toons with Toon Defense, some various M/T and Monster Destruction, and a few tricks?
I do admit the ratio is off. But what to put in and what to take out? That is the question.
The problem is that Toon decks use and relie upon a variety of spells.
Well, Toon Defense is highly outclassed by Astral Barrier. And it's a trap, which would clash with my Royal Decrees.
And since I do not have traps for protection, I run the Bodys. If I could find a better card for the job, it would be in.
And I'm not planning for the next ban list until it...
