Hey I was just wondering if anyone knew how often the Certification cards were sent out to Level 1 Judges and what not. I have been certified in everything UDE allows and I have not recieved anything as of yet. I thought it was every 4 months but it has been longer then that.
 
I hate to sound silly, but have you verified your information on UDE's site recently? To make sure they've got the right info for you.

I've gotten 2 cards since I passed my TO test, and I 'think' they've been close to 4 or 5 months apart, could have been longer though.
 
Cards are issued on a Quarterly basis. When that "quarter" starts though is the question. Calendar Year (starting with Janurary), or whenever...
 
Well, it's been June since I passed my Level 2, and I haven't gotten a new card. I feel so unloved. XD j/k

Well, I haven't received mine, or the promised shirt you are supposed to get either. No problem though. They usually catch up, in time....
 
To the best of my knowledge it's every 6 months.....or when time allows. So you can make a pretty good bet that it's when time allows!

Promised shirt???

I passed my TO and Lv 1 Judge tests last October/November, got a card some time in March. Passed the Lv2 Judge test there sometime in May/June, no sign of an updated card yet (at least when it does arrive it should have the Player Management test added to it).
 
The shirt is for L2 judges (and I never recieved mine, not that it mattered, I believe it's just the old blue UDE Demo Team style shirt, which I already got one of when I started judging the premier events almost 2 years ago).

As far as the mailings, I myself had to wait a little over a year before I recieved mine. I bugged the judge@upperdeck.com email address several times to find out what the problem was and eventually I recieved the card. It was funny because I did ask them once about the shirt as well and the response I got back was that the person would check on it and make sure that it was in the stack to be sent out on those next mailings and I still never got it. *Shrugs*...

My suggestion is that if you wait almost a year and still haven't gotten it then email the judge@upperdeck.com email addy with your concern. I got quick responses when I emailed them around this time last year about my card and you might too.

Last and only card I got is from January 2005, when it only said YGO Judge LV1.

Now almost a year has passed and i've gained VS Judge LV1 (april), TO LV1 {april)and Player Management LV1 and I haven't received a new card yet.
 
They send them out quarterly in the year and you're supposed to recieve a new one after an update has been made to your level certification. There are obviously some set backs though since there is such a huge number of people who are certified, they have to look at mailing hundreds of cards every quarter. As it dies down a bit with the upgrading (basically when everyone who will take the L2 test and pass it have taken the test) then things should be more on track. I just think they're getting behind since it is so many people, so I can understand in that respect and wait.

The card is only a card, it really doesn't mean anything, then again, the certification doesn't really mean anything either.

I've been a LV2 for awhile, just don't feel a need to post it on my signature since the statement below pretty much hammers it home...

Passed my Level 1 test in April, still haven't received the card yet. Verified that everything is right on UDE site.

Other problem I have is that even though I have updated my judge list preferences a ton of times, I still don't get the judge list email updates. Anyone else have this problem too?

Couple of things to check here. Do you log into the Judge List (http://lists.upperdeck.com/read/?forum=judge-yu) with the email address that all of the Judge List emails are supposed to be going to? If not, then that may be a reason as well. UDE may have something criss-crossed somewhere. If so, then make sure you have this forum subscribed "judge-yu - [font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG UDE Judge List", under My Forums.

That's all I can think of right now.

Yes, I got them for a little while after I passed my test, then I stopped receiving them altogether. I am still subscribed to the list, just verified. I logged in and "Saved" my preferences again.

Could it have anything to do with the email address I have in there being my Hotmail account?
 
I have also an hotmail acount and i still am receiving
the emails

and the can keep my new card until i get my lv 2 this weekend
i'm gonna pass the test(hope so gotta believ in it)

Hello from a newby, I just passed the player management test yesterday and the Tournament Organizer test today. I tried monkeying with the TID #'s as told me by some But I cannot seem to Find the Yugioh TCG test.

Found 1 called Language test which was TID 3. But it was only 2 questions, they were yugi related but I don't know if it is the LV1 test.(I do doubt it)

Does anyone know the link to get sent the test? pllleeeaaasssseee and thank you.
 
Then it means they have finally, completely removed the test from being available online, and it will only be available when they decide to put it back.
