if this the only card on your side of the field and if you have 1 or no cards in your hand this is unaffected by spells, traps and monster effects and can not be destroyed by battle

the power to destroy E-hero doomsday

Aside from the fact that "The Power to Destroy E-Hero Doomsday" will have no effect on E-Hero Doomsday because it doesn't say something like "ignore the effect of E-Hero Doomsday when using this card", you can Special Summon E-Hero Doomsday even if you have 1 or no Heroes in your Deck list, thus making it a free monster.
 
thanks pointing out the floor in my card design maruno so i've edited it.
my new E-hero monster would make E-hero's,D-hero's and E-hero's more playable it would be awsome.
it could be a secret rare in a new set.
maybe i should design a fusion for it.:D

this monster can not be special except by returning from your side of the field to the deck 1 doomsday and from out of play 1 elememntal hero sparkman you must also discard 1 mirical fusion at the same time.
during your main phase you can send 5 cards from the top of your deck to the graveyard to destroy all cards on the field and in both players hands you can not attack this turn. this card is not effected by the effects of spells, traps or monster effects and can not be destroyed in battle.you can not summon or set another monster while this card is on the field or play play spell cards or set any cards in the spell and trap card zones.
