Demise OTK

This is beautiful. I was leaning more towards Insects, but this is good enough to sway me in the other direction. Nice deck. No fixes.

dont think card trader or card destruction would help...
so what is the side like??
a relinquished package???
ability to deliver extra dmg?? for nimble players, for example....or times you cant quite get all 8000....cylinders? poison of the old man?ring you gots...maybe rfdd/dim fsn to compliment miracle fusion?
ability to handle opponents sided in gm 2 solemn judgements?royal decrees?
have you played enough to see what gives you problems yet?

i'd love to see if i could hit demise with the cloak and daggers i've bee funnin' around with....just for fun :D
 
What about :

+ Elemental Hero Stratos
+ 2 Reinforcements of the Army

- 2 Reckless Greed
- 1 Jar of Greed.

This is to speed your deck by bringing out faster your Elemental Heroes , and also to have the option of using your Stratos as Breaker ...
 
i think stratos might actually slow down the deck...manju>adv rit art>demise>miracle & metamorphosis is right now...not to hand , then summon slower yet might free up deck a bit... little thinning? i might be wrong tho...test it??- but - if heros are rfdd/df then stratos is a boon for its breaker effect...so maybe df/rfdd & stratos pkg in side?? the demise will wipe rfdd - so df is better - but you can set rfdd if you did not get all 8000 or got solemened... and go for broke next turn...
 
You don't want your Elemental Heroes in your hand. You want them in your Graveyard. Advanced Ritual Art puts them there, and Miracle Fusion removes them.
 
Actually you want them in your deck initially. Advanced Ritual Art will get them to the graveyard easily enough. But the last thing you want to do is search for them out.
 
Yeah, Stratos is bad in this format. You WANT them in your deck, not in your hand or whatever.

I would put things like Card Trader or Pot of Avarice at least in sidedeck, just incase you draw into all of your 6 normal monsters before you have the OTK hand. The biggest prob I see of Ritual decks with Advanced Ritual Art decks is to draw out your Normal monsters.
 
Why not Solemn Judgment either Mained or Sided? If you're basically looking for protection after you fire off his effect while going for the kill, your life points aren't nearly as important and it has the same drawback as the other trap cards you're looking at but obviously far more versitile.
 
Don't forget Megamorph in the mix! Odds are you're going to have lower LP for the field nuking, might as well boost up Demise to 4800 to put some added icing. It also adds some fun with Cyber Twin 8^D
 
Just one question.... what happened to the deck? o_O
I didn't even see what it looked like, apparently, I'm guessing, fast, though?

and yes - it was that good....i'm guessing we're gonna see a e-hero/demise otk deck written up @ the next jump...hope he does well with his secret weapon where ever he's playing it (hope we read about it or at least get a report ) :)
 
Haha. Yes, you will hear about it soon. I edited it, because I'm still working on it. I will post the finished version later, but prob not for a while.

You should see me play it at a premiere event (... SJC Anahiem ...) soon.

Thanks again for all the comments and suggestions, but I need to get working on the deck again. I hope no one runs something familiar at the next two jumps before Anaheim :(
 
Someone might. The word is spreading about Doom Dozer Demise OTK decks already. (Mainly cause it's having somewhat good success in Japan)
