Fantasy Card Review - Spells

For 5D's...

Speed Spell - Hypertune
Normal Spell
Activate by selecting 1 face-up Tuner Monster you control. Select and activate one of the following effects:
-Downgrade the selected monster's Level by any amount and put that many Speed Counters on a "Speed World" you control.
-Upgrade the selected monster's Level by any amount and remove that many Speed Counters from a "Speed World" you control.
In neither of the previous effects can the selected monster's Level be less than 0 or more than 12.

Neos Synchron
Normal Spell
Return 1 Tuner monster and any number of non-Tuner monsters whose combined Levels equal 7 you control to the Deck to Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" from your Deck.
 
Cyberdark Delve
Normal Spell
Select 1 "Cyberdark" monster you control. Equip a Dragon-Type monster in either player's Graveyard to the selected monster. It is treated as being equipped with the selected monster's effect.

Fist of Fate
Normal Spell
Activate only by Tributing 2 monsters while you have a Level 10 monster face-up on the field or in your Graveyard. Select and activate one of the following effects:
-If your opponent controls a monster, destroy it if its ATK is 4000 or less, than inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference of its ATK and 4000.
-If your opponent doesn't control a monster, inflict 4000 damage to your opponent. If you activate this effect, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn or your next turn.
 
Blaze Cannon
Continuous Spell
Activate only while you control a Level 10 monster. By sending a monster you control to the Graveyard, destroy a face-up monster your opponent controls with less ATK than the sent monster, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the sent monster. When you don't control a face-up Level 10 monster, this card is destroyed.

Speed Spell - Roadway Knight
Normal Spell
Activate only while there are 4 or more Speed Counters on a "Speed World" you control. Remove a Speed Counter from "Speed World" to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type monster from your hand or Deck.

Speed Spell - Chaos Gear
Normal Spell
Put a Speed Counter on a "Speed World" you control for each of your removed from play monsters. Any Speed Counters on "Speed World" put on by this effect are removed from "Speed World" during the End Phase.

Field Spell
Activate only by removing from play 1 "Vehicroid" monster you control. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Machine-Type monster from your hand or Deck.
 
Stardust Genesis
Normal Spell
Activate only while you control a face-up "Stardust Dragon". Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower monster from your Graveyard or among monsters you have removed from play.
 
Winds of Destiny
Normal Spell
remove from play one "Destiny hero" monster from your deck. Special summon one level 4 or lower "Destiny hero" monster from your graveyard in face-up defence position.
 
Egotist Ball
Normal Spell
Special Summon as many "Harpie" monsters (except "Harpie's Brother" as you can from your hand in face-up Attack Position. During the End Phase, shuffle the summoned monsters into your Deck.
 
Synthetic Tuner
Normal Spell
Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck. The summoned monster can't attack. During the end of this turn, the summoned monster is destroyed.
 
Fossil Dynasty
Continuous Spell
All face-up monsters you control are treated as if they were "Fossil" Fusion Monsters. "Fossil" Fusion Monsters you control that were Fusion Summoned gain 500 ATK.
 
Shien's Ambush
Normal Spell
You can activate this card from your hand during either player's turn by discarding a monster from your hand. Activate 1 "Shien's Castle of Mist" from your Deck or Graveyard.
 
Coronation of the Princess
Normal Spell
Tribute 1 "Insect Princess" you control to Special Summon 1 "Insect Queen" from your hand or Graveyard, then Special Summon as many Level 4 or lower Insect-Type monsters as possible from your hand or Graveyard. Other than "Insect Queen", the summoned monsters cannot attack, and their effect(s) are negated.
 
For 5D's...

Speed Spell - Trailblazer
Continuous Spell
When you activate this card, select 1 "Speed World" you control, then send 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck to your Graveyard. As long as this card is face-up on the field, the selected card is treated as the sent card, and gains its effect(s). During your Standby Phase, remove a Speed Counter from a "Speed World" you control. If you don't, this card is destroyed.
 
Cybertune
Normal Spell
Return a Machine-Type monster you control to the Deck to Special Summon 1 Tuner Monster from your Deck.
 
Magical Pitfall
Continuous Spell
Select 2 Spell & Trap Card Zones on the field other than the Field Card Zone. Neither player can use the selected zones. You cannot select a zone that is occupied by a Spell or Trap Card.
 
Cyberdark Rapture
Normal Spell
Send 1 Dragon-Type monster in your Deck to the Graveyard. Then if you control 1 each of "Cyberdark Edge", "Cyberdark Keel" and "Cyberdark Horn", return to the Deck all Fusion Monsters in your Graveyard that list one of those cards as a Fusion-Material Monster, then you gain 1000 Life Points for each card returned to your Deck with this effect.
 
Rogue Contact
Normal Spell
Pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster to your opponent's side of the field in face-up Attack Position.
 
Speed Spell - Fusion Corps
Normal Spell
Activate only while there are 5 or more Speed Counters on a "Speed World" you control. When you activate this card, remove 2 Speed Counters from a "Speed World" you control to send 1 Normal Spell Card from your Deck to your Graveyard that has an effect that Fusion Summons a monster, and this card's effect becomes that card's effect.
