Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi
Spirit Monster (Pyro / FIRE / 8 Stars / ATK 2800 / DEF 2900)
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or flipped face-up. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, your opponent must discard all cards in his/her hand during the next Draw Phase before they draw.
Well, he has all the same drawbacks as Yamata Dragon so no need to repeat those here. The effect though is much sweeter. Nothing like forcing your opponent into a top-decking situation. This makes him slightly more useful than Yamata Dragon for the price since if you were able to clear the field some and allow this guy to do damage, even if he returns to your hand, you will be in the stronger position. The drawbacks though still don't make this too great a card unless you build your deck especially for it. Between the 2 though I would pick Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi over Yamata Dragon (after all, just look at the way he's wailing on the Dragon on the "Last Turn" card
