they finally banned all the auto +1 cards like snatch sorcerer and tsuki. ring is gonnna be a headache in causing alot of draws but it's good to keep stein in check :D

I'll be back with some decks for the new format :)

There is still no Dark Hole to recover from massive over extensions. Once Mirror and Torrential are destroyed/used up, players are more likely to go all out and try to kill you with everything they have. If Dark Hole was allowed, they would think twice before making such bold moves and getting punished for them.

3x Lightning Vortex [CHeck]

Maybe with Tsukuyomi and Thousand-Eyes Restrict going by the wayside we can get a 2nd Metamorphosis. :drool

I'd rather use Smashing Ground than Lightning Vortex. But neither destroys face down monsters like Dark Hole does.
new card in CyberI [when all creatures on opponent side is filled, destroy them all]

trust me, this list opens up alot for the "un"usable cards of CyberI and totally limits the use of the really good CyberI cards.

this is the outcome of alot of stuff in japan, it really doesnt look like it was ment for the TCG meta.

I like the list, I love the fact that RoD is back. It'll help a ton against Stein which is a threat for me...(I wish I hadn't traded my 2x Steins way back...ah well.)

Chaos Sorceror is gone! No more losing to that topdeck.

Same for Snatch!

2x Exiled? That will take getting used to...though in my Macro deck, that'll be fun to abuse to no end.

I have to rethink my Horus build completely though...

and it's funny that on the day they ban Chaos Sorceror I find two 1/e ones in a binder that I didn't know I have. Lol.

You mean you only had two 1st Ed's? I think I pulled so many of those when IOC first came out, I could seriously cover a small door with them.

I think I had 3 total 1/e, for a total of 5 Sorcerors. For the longest time though I thought I only had 2 available until yesterday.

It's not banned yet, remember. This is the September list, and last time I checked we were still in August.

2 weeks, compared to 4 and a half months, is close enough....

You'll see plenty of people casually Dueling people based upon the upcoming Ban List.

That's "The old gray mare, she ain't what she used to be." :)

Personally...it seems to be a great shame they decided to restrict Future Fusion to 1. Understandably so in that they didn't want to see Chimeratech OTK's running rampant, but case in point:

Scenario 1: Limit Future Fusion to 1, limits many other Fusion based decks (E-Heros, Dragons, Neos etc) as well as Chimeratech.

Scenario 2: Limit Overload Fusion to 1, limits one deck type (because seriously...who runs a deck BASED off of Gatling Dragon). Restricts ONE Fusion deck type - Chimera.

Same result, fairer to original deck users.

Also slightly annoyed with Ring (despite having 1) but only because of:

Before Chaos/September List: Almost everyone has same trap selection.

After Chaos/September List: Almost everyone has same trap selection - 1 inconsequential trap card + Ring of Destruction.

Oh originality, originality, where art thou originality?

It's the same place it's been EVERY new Format, and even before the Bans

"In the hands of people who decide to be original"

the new list looks interesting and the fact that ring of destructions back means i can my otk deck again use cyberstein t osummon a fusion monster with 4000 atk plus then i can use ring on it then use barrel behind the door to do 8000 points of damage to my opponent.
