was just on another site, and Dan from UDE gave a pretty easy to solve riddle of what the SOI SP promo will be....ancient lamp
 
Ancient lamp hasn't been confirmed but it is a strong possibility along with Shrink. It has also been announced that Shadow Of Infinity will be bringing us an SE as well.

I can't wait for the sneak peek...finally finish my frog deck. Plus. I can't wait to find out what cards we are going to get in the SE boxes

not really, that card isnt too much of a bother really since it has to attack direct and if you find people with heavy fusion decks, they're more htan likey not going to let you attack direct. due to swarm etc

i dont quite know about that, not totally insect decks, but some insect based decks they now have a compliment of very strong monsters and somewhat decent trap and magic support.

i dont see how a card that has a tutor that can summon it from the deck and a rebirth effect that destorys every trap and magic on the feild isnt broken somehow

It somehow escapes me as to why people call a set sexy, someone your in a relationship with, yes, cardin a set, okay...

When this card is Normal Summoned, for each [Divine Dragon - Excelion] in your Graveyard,
you get one of the following effect. You cannot get the same effect more than once.
- Increase this card's attack strength by 1000.
- When this card destroy an opponent's monster, this card can attack once more in continuous

Ohhh I can't wait for excelleron, I will finally make my Ryu Senshi deck o.o, I know it doesn't get its effect unless its saced but I am me, you know its possible XD.

Er..??? Attack directly? The summoned monster by the effect of Magical Scientist CAN'T attack directly...

The monsters are strong. But their effects are VERY unreliable. Example: the Ultimate Insects. If they are flipped face-down, they lose their effects. They grow stronger, but they aren't strong and reliable enough...

sorry benjaminMS i didnt really word that well, i meant the monster that has to attack in order to do damage to you due to the size of your fusion deck isnt very good becuase its unlikey it will be able to attack directly

Yeah, Thoguh it effect is quite puzzeling. It has 3 Effects right. It says for each dragon ingrave it geys one. How would yo get its last effect? Unless when its summoned it gets the fist one standard.
 
You pick which of the three effects to have. You could pick any 1 effect, or any 2 effects (obviously you can't have all of them). They're not listed in the order they must be selected. So you could get:
- The power boost and the burn, or
- The power boost and the double-hit, or
- The burn and the double-hit.
All assuming there are 2 Divine Dragon - Excelion in your Graveyard.
 
Can someone just list all the 60 cards of Shadow of Infinity in confirmed english text?

I mean, not all of the cards are gunna be named in JPN way. (Like Yomigaeru is gunna be Treeborn Frog.)

I just want to know all the names. That's all. (Like Devildozer I think it's now Doom Dozer)

With Divine Dragon - Excelion, either you pack and run 3x, or you run none. And you better have Masked Dragon and Shining Angel to quickly dump 2x copy and then normal summon (i.e. tribute summon) the 3rd copy from your hand to max it's power. (Probably a Sangan search the 3rd copy) IMO, I'll choose the first two effect when I run it. This card is too weak that it needs to choose the 1000ATK boost so it'll become 2500, or it's totally useless. IMO, 2x attack is better then Flame Wingman effect. But the main prob is, once it hits the graveyard, it's practically dead. Cause it's effect is ONLY activated at normal summoning. Meaning, if you got 3x copy from your graveyard, then special summon 1 back from the grave, you don't get it's effect and thus it's just plain old 1500ATK normal monster.... IMO, this card you shouldn't run it unless you gunna add Monster Reincarnation for support.
 
beyond just the simple names in english, I have been looking for the official TCG english text. Does anyone know where that can be found? The list on this page is still just the japanese version.

Oh, and before I forget, has the list of rulings been released yet for this set, considering that the Sneak Peek is this weekend?
