Is it my imagination, or do they always restrict classic old cards when new, broken cards come out? I mean, why couldn't they have restriced Inferno Reckless Sumon for God's sake, rather than Last Will?

Deck Destruction Virus of Magic is the Deck D. Virus that we already have. (trib one 2000+ ATK DARK monster, la di da di da...).

Translations are mostly correct (might have messed up the stats/stars on the monsters...but that hardly matters...), and from my memory. Original translations can be found at dmcomet (as if you didn't know), and these were likely remembered from there.
 
DJ: Nope. It was in a starter deck and everything over there.

...well, NOW it can't be used in a duel...

Quite the contrary: It's the only card of its kind that ISN'T forbidden in duels.
