That is quite hideously overly powerful. It's at least 800 extra ATK points from the start (this Field Card and a 'Roid). It'd be very easy to add on at least 2000 ATK points with this.

Pay half of your Life Points (if your Life Points are 3000 points or less, pay 2000 Life Points instead), and discard all the cards in your hand. Randomly select 1 card in your opponent's hand and add it to your own hand. Then select 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard and add it to your hand.
