As long as this card remains face-up on the field (even if this card is not a monster), increase the DEF of all Sea-Serpent-Type monsters by 500 points each. Once per turn, during your main phase, you may equip this card as an equip spell card to one "Neptune" monster on your side of the field, or change it back into a monster in face-up defense position. While equipped to a "Neptune" monster, that monster cannot be the target of an attack. Your opponent may attack your Life Points directly if the equipped monster is the only monster on your side of the field.

Decrease the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 500 points for every card in your hand. Decrease the equipped monster's level by one for every Spell or Trap card on your side of the field. On the turn that you activate this card, you may special summon one "Useless Token" [No attribute / No type / ATK 0 / DEF 0] in face-up attack position. If you do so, you take 500 Life Points in damage. The equipped monster gains the following Ignition Effect: Once per turn, during your main phase, you may choose to give control of this card to your opponent until your next Standby Phase. If you do so, the ATK and DEF of this monster are increased by 3500 until the end of the turn. If this monster battles this turn, it is destroyed.

This card cannot be activated when any player's Life Points are 2000 or less and their are less then 15 cards left in a players Deck. You and your opponent declare one card name. When a player draws one of the decalred cards, he/she gains 4000 points. When his/her opponent draws one of the declared cards, he/she looses 6000 points.
