you know... i may be taking the whole wings too literal, or so it may seem... but

Until it shows the turbulence that dwells within its wings.

turbulence.... well Dust Tornado could cause plenty of that...I wonder if maybe the hint is describing this card's effect moreso than the name of the card itself....
In that case i would have to be inclined to think that a card LIKE Dust Tornado could be used, almost like a hidden weapon in conjunction with this card...
