ok, this is a puzzler, but follow the clues to find the right pieces of this puzzle... this little rhyme should give you all the direction you seek

dont go to this town if you want to hide,
to live or not is a choice you see,
now into the water, away with me

you guys are on the right track, as in I can see how you got those answers
remember each and every line IS important, however, it just points you in the right direction... if you can figure out what each line is pointing to (some lines are clarifying the other(s)) the hint will be very very easy for ya

Parchment could be the card itself. Some kind of book in the picture, maybe?

The town might refer to a place (hand, Graveyard, etc.) at which normally cards are safer, but in this instance they are not.

Do we see the choice, or are you stating that it is a choice (not neccessarily a known one)?

Into the water the card goes. Where is the water? The Graveyard? The Deck?

You know what, I never noticed that Ookazi looks like Chicago on fire before.... I can definitely see why you thought that, but take another look at the clue, its pointing you more toward the bigger picture than a literal look at the card itself.... if you can get the big picture, the card will be obvious
