This Orange Unlimited Texts thing is a promotion, one of four new deals Orange has invented for mobile phone contracts (I don't know why the names are what they are). There's dolphin, racoon, canary and panther. Promo card? Perhaps even the card that promoted the latest set, and features on the cover of the packs (E-Hero Dark Neos)?

And if it is, us over in the US would have NEVER gotten it by that clue........except for me...because I know everything in the world....*slap myself*....HUH? What? Verizon? Cingular? Orange?
 
Well, Cingular uses orange colors in their advertisements. I'm also thinking texts --> messenger, so:

Messenger of Peace?

Though the orange could be an effect monster card.
