Mozambique is likely the colony name. Ignoring the red gives three stripes (Green, Black, and Yellow) and a gun and shovel crossing over a book. What card that points to, I haven't the foggiest idea.

Mozambique could point towards "beak," so maybe it's a Winged Beast type. In which case, I'll guess Dig Beak.
