Nope.

And it's only ever "disk" with a "k" if you're talking about a computer hard disk or a floppy disk. Anything else (CD, DVD, any other disc ever) is "disc" with a "c". Just for interest's sake.
 
rincewind doesn't have any magic but he knows a spell if your talking about rincewind from the discworld books. he get's a spell from the book called the octarvo(i think thats how it's spelt)

But, from what you said, Rincewind does have magic (one of the Octavo spells; albeit unwillingly). Therefore it's not something Rincewind doesn't have.

The answer is unrelated to magic, spells, Spellcaster-Type monsters, Spell Cards, etc.
 
Yep, it's Roulette Barrel. It spins right round, and it's related to luck, something Rincewind doesn't have.
