Delinquent Duo.

Presumably it's activated three times in your clues, which is a bit of a cheat, I must say. Not so much cryptic as plain misleading.
 
yes maruno you are correct it is delinquent duo and it was activated three times in the first turn it's a friendly game between friends.
the player that went first couldn't play anything because he drew 3 envoy of the end and 3 envoy of the beginning.:D
so it's your go maruno

of corse you did and i did google that or spend weeks tring to get the clue.
