whos that guy destroying the world it's ZORC, ZORC and pals.

all the people mentioned in clue 1 had either destroyed a planet orthe power to do so.

the next couple of clues were quotes from coolers revenge.

the last clue was to towards zorc because he's a dark deity that came to detroy the world.
