abra cadabra, either a spell or a spell caster ..... When Breaker comes out so does a spell counter, remove it and a s/t is gone too..... well Im going to go with
Breaker the Magical Warrior....
( not sure how Tsukuyomi and Scapegoats relate except that they are both control cards... )

ok..... I cant really figure out how Tsukuyomi and Scapegoats are related besides both of them being on the limited list....
now for the rest of the hint.... so Im going with Torrential Tribute, things appear then dissappear.... but yet it doesnt go with the abra cadabra thing....
so what can make things Disappear.... and are limited, and are spells or spellcasters.... hmmmm

oh i see.... at first when you said that I was thinking about Guardian Sphinx, but there are several cards that have an effect similar..... then i thought about Strike Ninja...
