You have to be the one who answered it correctly to start a new riddle. That's why Entropy has the current one, because he answered mine correctly. Whoever answers Entropy's correctly will be the next one who can start a riddle.

It was but you have to be the one who guesses it correctly in order to come up with a 'riddle' of your own. Only the person who guesses the question correctly gets to post the next question. Keep plugging and maybe you'll get your shot.
