Change of Heart (seems too obvious in the wording but what the heck)
 
Nice thought on the artwork for Injection Fairy Lily, but no. And yes, Change of Heart is much too obvious.

While I hope it's not too obscure a clue, it should definitely get you thinking. ;)
 
That's not where the heart is. Come on, give me some credit. "Heart" will not be in the name.

No one is correct, or close, yet.
 
None of those are correct either. I admit, the original clue is a tad vague, but I'm hoping to get some more creative thinking before I reveal the next clue. That way we can see where your minds are going.

It is the 'heart' of the game, being it is the (previous) main character's favorite card. As far as the show goes anyways.

Card Destruction

along roadhouse's thinking... if you trust in the heart of the cards and your opponent plays Card Destruction... you're wondering where the heart is...
 
Convulsion of Nature? It basically ruins all "Heart of the Cards" stuff.
Gold Chest of Sealing/Gold Sarcophagus? "Chest" and all....
Secret Pass to the Treasures?
Treasure Map?

EDIT: Home is where the heart is. House of Adhesive Tape?
 
Still no correct answer, but I like the way some of you guys are thinking. It's true, home is where the heart is, but I took this in a different route. And no heart of the cards mumbo jumbo here.

Perhaps you all might be better to combine your efforts. Though, I wouldn't know to whom I would attribute the correct answer.
