Netrep 6.0 estabilishes that, if Thousand-Eyes Restrict battles with a monster with an higher atk value, the opponent takes the same amount of damage of the attacking player. Is true? Some Italian Players says the Netrep is not correct, and I think so.

It's a bit hard for me to understand all the messages, please explain me: Sinister Serpent has a cost effect (or a triggered effect) or a continuous effect?

Sure. Soul Exchange works with tribute normal summons, ritual summons, all summons requiring tributes, except fusion summon, because fusion monsters are send to the graveyard, not tributed.

I have some question: 1) You says Sinister Serpent will return to the owner's hand if it is in the graveyard and, if Divine Wrath negates its effect, it will return the same during the same standby phase. But why Divine Wrath can negate only once Sinister Serpent's effect and Dark Rules stops...

I think there's no problem. Even if the card goes to the graveyard, the effect can still be negated, like Cannon Soldier who tributes itself: his effect can be negated by Divine Wrath, right?

I'll try to answer... I believe that with Spell Economics you don't have to pay only the costs written on each spell card you want to activate, instead the effect of Chain energy is an outside effect, so you have to pay because of this card.

So, there isn't a specific reason, those limitation were estabilished only for the porpouse of reducing the power of this card, right?
