    darkness approaches

Yeah. Stoopid card. Any idea why they made a card to do such a thing? I mean, there are NO other cards that give you a benefit from having a face-down Attack Position monster. It's just this strange anomaly out there on it's own... *sigh* :huh

"Five God Dragon" Coming to the US

Because U.S. consumers are apparently offended by any religious reference in their card games. Thus Angel-Type monster are Fairy-Type in the U.S. and Demon-Type monsters are Fiend-Type in the U.S. Not to mention the removal of all halos or other religious-type symbols from card artwork...

A Quick Inferno Reckless Summon Question

True, but that's why I tacked on the BKSS at the end. ;-)

    Forced Back

Well, technincally, he didn't ask if it would negate his effect, he asked if it would prevent it.;-)

    The Creator and DW

lol. This one's almost getting as funny as the "Where does Exiled Force activate?" question that UDE/Konami has finally fixed... lol

A Quick Inferno Reckless Summon Question

Well, the short answer that "Cyber Jar" says that any card that was picked up and not able to be Summoned goes to the hand. It's similar to "Enchanted Fitting Room". If you pick up a monster that the effect is not looking for, you don't have to put it in the Graveyard, it just gets shuffled...

A Quick Inferno Reckless Summon Question

"Enchanted Fitting Room" makes you draw the next four cards. You do not know what the next four cards will be. So, if there are appropriate monsters among those four cards, you must do something with them. The card does not allow for them to be placed back in the deck, so they must go to the...

A Quick Inferno Reckless Summon Question

Except that "Human Wave Tactics" is a continuous card with a mandatory effect. "Inferno Reckless Summon" is not mandatory...

A Quick Inferno Reckless Summon Question

Ok, I'm CERTAIN that Tkwiget's post is incorrect, now that I've looked at some more rulings. The problem is that I'm not sure what is correct. I think it may be like "Magician's Circle" or "Shallow Grave" where you can't even activate it if your opponent doesn't have room for more monsters. But...

A Quick Inferno Reckless Summon Question

I don't think this is accurate. If you have 5 monsters on the field, you cannot even attempt a Summon. I don't think anything would happen on the opponent's side of the field and all monsters would stay in the Deck.

    Anyone got Five-Headed Dragon?!?

I got nothing, too. Some of the Wal-marts have moved the Collectible Card section back with the toys. You might want to check there if you can't find it up front by the registers where it used to be.

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

That doesn't prove much. "Damage Calculation" is divided into Sub-Step 3 and Sub-Step 4. Just because you activate it before "Damage Condenser" doesn't mean it's not just earlier in Sub-Step 4. It's just saying that you have to take the damage to activate "Damage Condenser" and "Kuriboh" is...

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

"Barrel Behind the Door" and "Ring of Defense" have very specific activation requirements... Oh, and "Airknight Parshath" activates in sub-step 4. Are you trying to prove my point? ;-)

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

Yeah. It tells me that you make the damage that was just inflicted 0. You can't make it 0 if there wasn't any battle damage yet. That's where the rub is.

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

Yeah. Simon posted that ruling, too. You should really go back and read some of the earlier posts...

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

But that's the controversy, isn't it? Skey already made that assertion, ygo_doc and I have said that it activates in sub-step 4. Your repeating what Simon said doesn't really prove anything... I edited my post about "Barrel Behind the Door" too. It was a typo. I meant effect damage.

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

I wouldn't think so, because it's making it 0. It doesn't need to negate it because it's now 0.

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

Actually, "Barrel Behind the Door" must be activated in response to an ACTIVATION of an effect that will do effect damage, it does not correlate to "Kuriboh" at all. Now that I look at the effect again, there doesn't seem to be any set time to activate the effect as long as you're in your...

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

I've been thinking about this, and the more I think about it, the more sense it doesn't make. By this reasoning, "Kuriboh" could be discarded in the End Phase of a turn that you took battle damage to reduce it to zero. We all know that is not correct. You discard "Kuriboh" to change the...

    Kuriboh vs Injection Fairy Lily

That's ridiculous. You can't activate it unless you take damage. Damage is not certain until sub-step 4. Effect damage is a completely different animal and the cards tell you when to activate them. It's not comparable...
