Yes you certainly can. But the attack declaration timing is now passed. So those Mirror Force, Sakuretsu Armor and Widespread Ruin aren't going to be activated.
Oops. Have to pay more attention when I'm giving examples. Sorry.
So I use Bonding - H20 and you negate it with Goblin. That's what I was trying to convey. Also DJ has some other great points with costs and Malfunction. I'm really hoping someone has posted a question to the Judge's List...
Wow, that takes quite a leap to get to. In what way does return it to its original position get interpreted as "Set". The Shallow Grave is quite obviously summoning a monster to the field and if that monster is summoned face-down it could be considered Set but that is not at all the same as...
Malfunction only does what it says it does, it negates the activation and places the trap back face-down (unless you were using the effect of Makyura or Jetroid but let's not start that discussion again). The trap can be used after the current chain has resolved. Yes, this means that it really...
I am assuming you mean you are attackig a set Night Assailant and have Final Attack Orders active on the field.
What you have to remember is the timing for effects. Night Assailant is a flip-effect, so although it is flipped face-up during Damage Calculation the effect won't create a chain...
He isn't giving an opinion. The question on Uria was asked on the Judge's List because it only stated face-up Trap Cards. It was clarified that it was any face-up Trap. And since you can't chain a summon this only works with Traps that stay on the field.
The same could certainly be asked...
Exactly how does Continuous Spell Card not cover being specific? Should they have written 3 Continuous Spell Cards (the ones with the infinity sign in the corner)?
This would only work if you could somehow chain Hamon's summon as a spell speed 2 which obviously we know can't be done.
If...
It's funny I know somebody just like that here in my town that carries around a binder of cards and nobody ever winds up trading with him because he wants so much in the trade that unless they are brand new to the game you'd never agree to it. And for me that is truly saying something because...
Rivalry of Warlords can see that you will only have one monster on the field after the summon and that monster will fulfill the requirement of Rivalry of Warlords. It does not understand that it should just stay out of it because it is being tributed itself. :)
-Edit- This is the same reason...
No Manticore requires that you send a Beast monster and while the DNA Surgery is active the monster is not a Beast monster.
The DNA Surgery is active, thus telling Rivalry of Warlords that anything that is summoned will be that type of monster. If you had three active Rivalry of Warlord and...
You would only be able to respond to the Summon with Royal Decree, it won't make any difference with the interaction of the Rivalry of Warlords or DNA Surgery.
So Rivalry of Warlords can see DNA Surgery and thus won't prevent any summon (though I wonder what would happen with Elemental Hero Wildheart - I assume he would simply blow up once he arrived on the field). Anyway, Rivalry can not foresee that you are going to send it to the grave as part of...
