You can use "Destiny Hero - Dasher's" effect to Special Summon 1 monster you draw only once while it is in the Graveyard. If "Destiny Hero - Dasher" is returned to your hand or Deck and then sent back to the Graveyard you could activate its effect again.

I've been looking for a ruling precedent for this, can anyone show it to me? I have been unable to find a ruling that says that counters in general may not be placed on face down cards, only rulings that pertain to spell counters etc. which have a totally different meaning to being placed on...

'Major art modification' isn't allowed... it's really a judgement call. Cards turned around in decks can be a major problem though, who's to say that their opponent when shuffling didn't 'drop' a portion of the cards and then shuffle them into the deck incorrectly?

Just to clarify a little further... Removing an attacker or defender from the attack would not make the attack illegal, the attack would still conclude, just without that particular attacker or defender. Removing a PROPOSED attacker or defender would make the attack illegal though.
