i would like to help cuz i like some of the effects of the noes cards but i have no idea what most of the noes support cards do so if u could link them then i would be more heplful but i would go with a reasoning build for speed and to get them on the field without using up ur summon for the turn

since i was able to get a hold of 2 decrees (back when db2 came out) i always try to see how well my decks work with it in and i would always run rush recklessly if it did work, so all i'll be doin is swapping out the rushs for shrinks:-D
