Dark World will not be the next T1 deck.

Monarch Control will still see heavy play, Trust me a 2300 hitter wont do nothing against a 2400 hitter especially when the owner oviously has more hand advantage than the person with the 2300 hitters.

Dark world is more of a FTK orriented deck, if it doesnt have its FTK their not gonna do good.

Keep playing for MOnarch COntrol is what Konami just said. :)
 
This list seems better to me. I might start playing again. They didn't change much but did put some draw power back into the game. I also like that NoC is back to 2 and Mirror Force is back.

neither did i say you did. lol

but the point is DW is still not gonna hit T1. the list made nothing more than fuel up on MOCO. with extra noblemans to kill of the choo choo trains and the abuse of Saint Magician, super nice :D

MS Lv 2 might also stop seeing competative play.
 
Mirror Force NO!

I hate that card, I'd rather even have yata back than mirror for.
Graceful + Averaus, wow. I need 2 monster, bam! Play Averaus, dee dee dee.

Some good changes, 2 Noblemans will be interesting with the Gravekeepers and Deckos.
 
For those that wondered, NOTHING changed from the OCG list (as far as I can tell). As logical as it was, there cannot be 2 different lists running around this time of the year when Worlds is coming up. Mobius the Frost Monarch does not need to be restricted, too many ways to stop it and it relies on Tribute Summon. Be realistic. Not to mention it was being abused with Dandylion. I still do not understand why Konami put more of a damage to Level Limit. It just seems like overkill the choices they made with the list.

For the last time. Cyber Dragon is NOT going to be restricted. This list (unless otherwise) is exactly the same as the OCG list released on March 1st, 2006 minus the OCG cards we do not have. What I have a problem with the list is the amount of Decks that still did not suffer from it. Gadgets had nothing taken from them and they have a godly hand Supply. At least semi-restrict the parts, but then again weak stats. Treeborn Frog being restricted is what I have a major problem with because Frog Decks got nerfed because of it. What is the point of running D.3.S Frog now when at most it will be a 2500 ATK monster most of the time? This was mainly done to remind players to only use 1 of them, but this card had enough of a set-back that running 3 was not a big problem. It was just that this + Dandylion was getting out of hand. Other problems are cards that should have been taken off or at least semi-restricted, like Scapegoats. You took everything away from Goat-Meta control and yet it is still there? WTFuzzle?

Sadly, Dark World still will not be the new CC. It cannot.
 
Please guys. I'm asking nicely. Don't turn this into another one of these Ban List threads that we've been having lately. There is going to be some disagreement here. Keep it in mind THAT EVERYTHING YOU SAY IS YOUR OPINION. As such, people are going to disagree with you. They're allowed to disagree with you.

So I'm asking nicely. But warning seriously. If it degrades to an insult match again you will not be pleased with the outcome.
 
this is the Victory Lock List. basically all it was intended to do is screw over Victory Lock.

if UDE would have changed the list you would have seen other stuff restricted, but unfortunatly neither Konami or UDE has the guts to make a new list 1 month before worlds or at worlds to shake things up.

they rather see cookie cutter than innovation.
 
I guess my biggest sigh goes out to Last Will. That's one of my favorites and most used and now its down to 1?! I mean if they're trying to prevent some kind of weenie swarm or something, they should have limited Inferno Reckless Summon instead, Even if there was the swarm factor, Mirror Force would help counter that.

But I wonder if the game is going to slow down even more now. Sakuretsu x3, Widespread x3 and Mirror Force in a deck will stop peole from attacking for a while, or they'll just learn to boost up Wildheart 8^D
 
dammit...no Cyber Jar ruins my cyber mill deck and cyber exodia deck.....and treeborn down to one almost messes up my killer kermit deck (just makes it harder for me to trib summon Des Frog, but i have other cards to use)

Abyss Soldier to 3 is gonna be fun......might even go back to my water bounce deck now

new list looks good, but we'll still have the usual whiners complaining about hw this card should have beenbanned, and this one should come beck......the list is here, and we have to deal with it....it's only for 6 months anyway
