I would not have been able to pass the LV3 Rulings test without the help and guidance of Simon Choy, Ray Purnama, Khoi Nguyen, Jonathan Wan, Jonathan Hau, Jeremy Treanor, Cascade Games' Tim Shields, Dave Noble, Justin Ruby, RONIN, the Judges' List, other fellow judges whom I've worked with at events, Metagame.com and last but not least, fellow COG members who have discussed so many issues regarding the game on this incredible site.

So I just want to thank you all for everything so far and I assure you that I will continue to work hard to become a better judge and person.
 
I'm first. YES!!! I WIN!!!

On a side note, you'll have to wait a couple of weeks at least for the Lv3 list access but you're not missing out on anything.
 
As soon as you get your access, they'll mail you a Key to the "Executive Washroom" also. Unfortunately, it will arrive with your new, updated UDE Certification Card.

And, unfortunatly, the Executive Washroom will be closed for repairs until they sort some things out with Konami. Which means, you might want to use the gas station around the corner. ;)
 
Prior to taking the L3 test, I was a L2, having passed at SJC San Francisco in Dec 2005. My "new" card I received a few months after that still had not been updated for some unknown reason. So I'm thinking I'm never going to get a Judge card with the "2" slot bubbled in and jump from 1 to 3.

Actually, thats what a lot of other lv3s have had happen so don't feel left out.
 
Congradulations Magnumcyclonex! I'm so glad that so many of our members were able to get this wonderful and valuable experience under their belt as well as make such a good showing for the members of COG.

Jonathan Castellanos (TheRockBoS on Pojo)
Simon Key (skey23 on COG/Pojo)

Congratulations to them as well.
