I feel like it happens every now and then, just goes to show they can do what they want when they want, but they have always touched up on the limiting/banning of cards at eventful times.

Wow... What a... dull finals, although I love luck, that looks like It'd tick off any head worker of Yugioh. Steining a random duelist for a match is one thing, apparently steining a "Judge", so to speak, is quite a different story, they can do something about it ^_^.
