YGO Card Name Game

Ah, the name game. Still going strong I see. I would almost bet that some card has been used at least twice by now.

I really don't know all the clues (because I really didn't feel like looking), but I saw the axe clue......Axe Raider?

All no. The "fly, my pretties, fly!" thing of Wizard of Oz seriously has nothing to do with it.

Look at the second clue again. Each and ever word is important, and absolutely correct in context. What does the clue actually mean?

Neither.

Think of a synonym of "desired". And who tends to hack at things (note I haven't said people or monsters) with axes (although nowadays they tend to use much more advanced technology)?
Also, if you want another hint related to the quoted clue, what ideally do people with jobs (and I suppose by extension students (although I doubt you'd find on who follows this rule)) do during a 24-hour period?

Neither. Sorry.

The second clue, and all the hints thereof, are about the voice, but not spoken.

Getting colder...

This has a one-word answer. The answer in itself isn't related to anything else, but the answer when coupled with previous hints should help out. Which word is this hint decribing?

It does make a sound. Sound is pressure waves in the air caused by movement, and a falling tree certainly moves. No, the real question is, "if a tree falls in the woods, and no one's around to hear it, did it really fall?"

And Forest is incorrect.

Okay, let's work through this thing a little (he said to the children, trying entirely not to sound patronising). There's a nice quote somewhere which states "Anything too stupid to be spoken is sung."

So we're looking at a song and someone who wanted to hack at things with an axe (or other more modern equipment). You can fairly safely assume that the two are connected.
