I'm not saying that the card in question is Giant Germ. I'm saying it's Mecha-Dog Marron.

Giant Germ is the one that doubles up, but the clue is that I'm BETTER than the one who might double up. If Giant Germ is the one that doubles up, the said card can't be Giant Germ.

Like I meant to say earlier, my guess is: Mecha-Dog Marron!

Better than Twin swords instead of reducing and doubling you add another monsters attack to the one you hit with. Also it sounds like Gift of the Magi a story lots of people have heard. But I still don't think I'm right LOL.
