Whether one effect is continuous or which is ignition makes no difference. They are monsters who can attack more then once. Konami is not in the habit of putting the ruling on every monster with a similar effect. Which is why Ben Kei was listed as an exception. Hayabusa and Mataza have always been ruled to attack in a row.
 
DJ, I'm sorry, but you're flat out wrong here. BLS SPECIFICALLY SAYS ON THE CARD that its second attack must be "in a row". That is a direct quote from the card. Mataza and Hayabusa have no such specification, hence they may split their attacks.

Also in response to Digital Jedi. Unless you can provide a link to a ude ruling you cannot simply demand you are right if it isn't on the card or other cards like it even. BLS is very very differently worded and applied effect than Mataza. As I stated in my post #768 regarding this matter if a ruling has been made to the contrary that's great but that is what it will take to change my and I'm sure any reasonable person's mind.
