YGO Card Name Game

Sangan and Witch of the Black Forest seem a little too obvious, although they'd fit. But, instead I'll go for:

Emissary of the Afterlife.

(I have other ideas too, but I'll save those in case this gets shot down).

During your Draw Phase, when you draw a Normal Monster Card(s), you can draw 1 more card by showing it to your opponent.

You have to show the card drawn in order to draw again, so "everything is known"...

Riddle number 2:

The more the merrier, but if there's only one, then by the same token, nothing can be done.

Hmm...I guess everyone is going for the obvious ones, but the card I am thinking of is not really directly related to Exodia. Indirectly, yes.

In my two riddles, I've taken into account the rulings as well, so when you find that card (as per RONIN), you'll know its right.
