Concerning cards with this rule, is it possible to flip summon such cards twice in the same turn, just so long as you leave it face-up at the end of that Main Phase?

actually in any other game, you would be able to.

like for magic there is an angel that can be summoned from the grave during your upkeep.

but see magic is so clear that i wouldnt have to ask if it were possible.

Of course not. Cards only state (or should) things when they are the exception. There is no exception in these cases. Thats why they call it "the rule". When it counters the rule then there will be text saying so lableing it "the exception".

not everybody carries the little starter deck rule book to a tournament. And Konami hasnt released a Comprehensive rule book for us to memorize and quote from constantly.

Maybe they should. But this isn't one of those wonky rulings you usually run into. This is actully one of the few consistant things in the game.
