Can someone please explain to me this cards second effect of attacking multiple targets. Can it attack the number of times equal to the number of cards you used to fusion summon it? or can it attack up to the number of times equal to the number of monsters on your opponents side of the field...

yes you have priority as soon as pre-mat has resolved and ex is on the field. your opponent can chain Dust Tornado or mst to the activation of premat before ex is even on the field and then ex wouldn't be able to destroy anything

Umm.. I don't believe the monster card equipped to TER becomes an equip SPELL card, rather it becomes an equip MONSTER card. I believe that is the new ruling for TER otherwise the equip would be cancelled out with Spell Cancellor on the field.

I don't think DD warrior lady can still out of play because Gearfriends and BwC's effects occur before the end of damage step and DD warrior lady's effect only activates after damage step.
