Levia - Dragon Black Heart

This card is unaffected by your opponents traps or spells as long as you have a card in your hand. Discard your hand(you must have 4 cards in your hand) to destroy all cards on the field except this card and in your opponent's next turn he/she carn't special summon a monster.


How's that is it to powerful....
 
Just a little. Blue-Eyes White Dragon is kinda the benchmark limit for 2-Tribute monsters. No other monster you can bring out normally has the same kind of attack power, at least not without restrictions (Ultimate Obedient Fiend). Your monster does, plus it has an effect that allows a direct attack, and then hinders your opponent as well (assuming the non-Normal Summon is part of the "discard-hand-for-Daedalus-effect" effect).

I'd either get rid of the non-Normal Summon part, or make it so you must discard at least 2 or 3 cards to use this effect (still discard your whole hand, just make it so that hand must be larger than a specific size). Possibly both, or go with the first and then switch to Defence position like Goblin Attack Force. There has to be some kind of real drawback for a monster of this ATK (and I don't mean the lack of Spell/Trap protection with no hand, which Blue-Eyes doesn't have anyway regardless of hand).
 
The Prophet of Ra

Increase the attack and defense of all LIGHT monsters on the field by 500 points. When this monster battles a dark monster with higher ATK you can remove this monster from play to remove the opposing monster also. Damage calculation is calculated normally.
 
Here's my idea of new Monarch family. Monarchs are great. Granmarg is the poor loser of the brothers but the other 3 are great, and 1 of them is practically splashable staple monster. I mean, we don't have a Wind or Dark Monarch. Come on, especially the DARK one. Where's my Dark Monarch.

Anyway, so this is IMO of 2 more Monarchs in the family.

When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, you can return up to 3 Cards on the field to their respective owners'

Rulings:

- You select the spells / traps / monster Cards when you activate the effect of " hands.Gallvia the Typhoon Monarch".

- This effect targets.

- You can your opponent can both chain spells or traps to Gallvia the Typhoon Monarch effect. When that happens, after the effect resolved, it's send to the graveyard and NOT returned to the owner's hands.

- You can return your spell/traps/monsters with this effect. And you can also return "Gallvia the Typhoon Monarch" with "Gallvia the Typhoon Monarch" effect.

- If 1 or 2 of the 3 Spell / Trap / Monster Cards targeted by the effect of "Gallvia the Typhoon Monarch" is destroyed by some card effect or send to the graveyard cause it was chained to before his effect resolves, the remaining targetted cards is still returned to the respective owner's hands by this card effect.

When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, destroy all face-down cards on the field. If any of the cards on your side of the field are destroyed by this card effect, destroy this card.

Rulings:

- "Katheram the Darth Monarch" effect can be chained.

- "Katheram the Darth Monarch" effect does not target.

- If "Katheram the Darth Monarch" is flipped face-down when it's effect activates, (e.g. Book of Moon by either your opponent or the player) "Katheram the Darth Monarch" is destroyed by it's own effect cause it's now a face-down card.

- If you chain your set spells or traps on your side of the field by the effect of "Katheram the Darth Monarch", it is NOT destroyed by "Katheram the Darth Monarch" card effect.

- If you chained all of your face-down cards (i.e. all of your set spells or traps and no face-down monster cards on your side of the field) on your side of the field by the effect of "Katheram the Darth Monarch" then "Katheram the Darth Monarch" is not destroyed by it's own effect.​
 
Well there are a few pretty cool cards here which i wish they make real but here is one I thought of one

This card can only be fusion summoned by removing from play 3 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 from your side of the field.

As long as this card reains face-up on the field your opponent's cannot activate any spell cards and any face-up spell cards on your opponent's side of the field are negated.

Also if you wish to attack with this monster you must sacrafice or discard from your hand 1 dragon type monster too the graveyard.

Now I I kinda like this card its pretty cool but then again I am a horus fan and i tryed too make it that it was fair too use but i don't think it is fair enough.

This card can only be Special Summoned from the Deck to the field by Tributing "Homunculus the Alchemic Being" on your side of the field equipped with "Metalmorph". Your Deck is then shuffled. Discard 1 card from your hand and select 1 Attribute to increase the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field with that Attribute by 500 points until the end of the turn. This effect can only be used once per turn.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 5 DARK monsters on your side of the field. By discarding two cards from your hand, destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field. When this card is attacked by a "Victory Viper XX03", destroy this card without applying Damage Calculation.


Des Fighter

If "Des Star" is face-up on your side of the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

(If it's equipped a face-down monster, the ATK and DEF is 0) Also, if the equipped monster to this card is an effect monster, copy and gain it's card name, text, attributes and type of the equipped effect monster to this card while it's equipped to this card. When this card would be destroyed, destroy the equipped monster card instead. This card cannot be special summoned from the graveyard.

I assume you mean it to say that your opponent will lose if he attacks, right? Otherwise, why would you attack with it if you're gonna lose?

I want this card. It'll have to be printed across 4 cards or something, just to fit the stars and the awesome picture on. Just imagine that picture...

Isnt dark ruler ha-des a dark monarch?
 
I think, unofficially, a Monarch has "Monarch" in its name, and has a Tribute Summon-activated effect (plus the same ATK/DEF). So perhaps not.

But how about that new "Semi-Monarch" coming out in the next set in the form of "Birdman of Gale - Joe"? Yeah, weak even in a themed Deck (a Tribute Summon Giant Trunade), but it's still there. Gives WIND a bit of muscle, at least.
 
I REALLY like Wind attribte... it just SUCKS that it is the least supported type of them all.

With that said, I am gonna add some Wind cards.

Flip: Return all Spell or Trap cards on the field to their owner's hand. Increase you Life Points by 300 for each card returned by this effect.

Feather in Gale
Spell/Continuous
Special Summon 1 Winged Beast-type monster from your hand or Graveyard in Defense position, then return all Spell or Trap cards on the field to their owner's hand except this card. When this card is destroyed, destroy the Summoned monster.
