Here's a silly idea.

Dragon Pimp
Effect Monster

This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Dragon-Type monsters and 1 "Lord of D." in your Graveyard.
Once per turn, you can activate one of these effects.
-Convert 1 monster on your opponent side of the field into Dragon-Type monster. If this effect is activated, you cannot declare an attack with this card this turn.
-Special Summon one Dragon-Type monster from your Hand or your Deck or either player's Graveyard to your side of the field. If this effect is activated, you cannot declare an attack with this card this turn.
All Dragon-Type monsters on the opponent side of the field are all special summoned to your side of the field at your End Phase each of your turn. If there is not enough space in your Monster Card Zones to fill all of the Dragon-Type monsters, your opponent can choose any of the Dragon-Type monster to be removed from play until there is enough to be filled to your Monster Card Zone with exception of this card.
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Dragon-Type monsters that are destroyed on the field are removed from play. If this card is destroyed, remove this card from play.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Machine-Type monsters from your field.
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the effects of all face-up Effect Monsters on your opponent side of the field are negated, (Including flip-effects) and this card is uneffected by any monster card effects. When this card battles with another monster, both this card and the opponent's monster are not destroyed. (Damage Calculation are applied normally) If this card have successfully battled with an effect monster, the effect text of that monster it battled are erased, then re-written with a new effect depending on the monster's Attribute. (These new re-written effects cannot be negated by any card effect, including this card.)
FIRE: The ATK/DEF of this card is 0. For each of your stand-by phrases, you lose 1500 Life points. When this card is removed from the field, you lose 100x Life points for each card in your and your opponent's hands, field, graveyards, and removed from plays.
WATER: For each of your stand-by phrases, you must remove 1 card from your hand from play. When this card is removed from the field, you must remove from play 3 cards from your hand. If you cannot remove cards from your hand when this cards requires you to, you lose 1500x Life Points for each card you could not remove from play.
WIND: For each of your stand-by phrases, you must remove from play 5 cards from top of your deck. When this card is removed from the field, you must remove from play 15 cards from top of your deck.
EARTH: For each of your stand-by phrases, you must remove from play 2 monsters from your graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, you must remove from play 5 monsters from your graveyard. If you cannot remove monsters from your graveyard when this card requires you to, you must remove from play all cards from your hand.
LIGHT: When this card battles with another card, you lose Life points equal to the original ATK of this card. Then this card's ATK/DEF are reduced to 0 before damage calculations until the end phase of your turn. This monster cannot be destroyed from result of battle or by any card effects.
DARK: This monster cannot declare an attack, cannot be tributed in any way, and must be in face-up attack position. The ATK of this card is 0 and this card cannot be destroyed from result of battle.

The ATK and the DEF of this card become the number of Dragon-Type cards that are in your hand, on both player's graveyard, on the field, and both sides that are removed from play x 800 points. During the stand-by phrases of your and your opponent, destroy all Non-Dragon Type monsters on the field. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a Spell Card or Trap Card, it is not destroyed.

You can tribute 2 WATER monsters on either your or your opponent side of the field to destroy all Spell and Trap cards on your opponent side of the field. You can only use this ability once per turn. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a Spell Card or Trap Card, it is not destroyed.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Warrior-Type monsters from your field.
Once per your Main Phase 1, you can special summon 1 Warrior-Monster that is level 4 or less from your graveyard.
Once per your opponent's Stand-by Phrase, you can discard 1 card from your hand to add 1 Warrior-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. Then shuffle your Deck.
Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed or removed from play by a Spell Card or Trap Card, negate the effect of the Spell Card or Trap Card and then destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.

Once per your opponent's Stand-by Phrase, you can discard 1 card from your hand Special Summon 1 monster from either you or your opponent's that is removed from play to your side of the field.
Once per your Main Phase 2, you can tribute 1 monster from your side of the field other then this card to special summon 1 monster from either you or your opponent's fusion deck to your side of the field (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon).
Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a Spell Card or Trap Card, you can negate the Spell or Trap card by discarding 1 card from your hand.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Dinosaur-Type monsters from your field.
The ATK and the DEF of this card become the number of cards that are in both players hand, on both player's graveyard, on the field, and both sides that are removed from play x 400 points. When a monster is normal summoned, flip summoned, or special summoned in your opponent side of the field, destroy that monster immediately if the ATK point is 2000 or less. As long as this monster is face-up on your side of the field, all monsters on your opponent side of the field ATK and DEF are reduced by 1500 points.
This card is uneffected by any Trap Card.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Zombie-Type monsters from your field or by this card's own effect.

When there is 1 Zombie-Type monster on the field other then this card and this card is removed from the field, it is Special Summoned to your side of the field during your next Standby Phase. If it's special summoned this way, remove from play all cards on your opponent side of the field.

When this card battles a monster, after damage calculation, the opponent monster is destroyed then special summoned to your side of the field as a Zombie-Type.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Rock-Type monsters from your field. When it's special summoned, place it on the field in face-up defense position.

This card can attack while it's on Defense position. If this card attacks while in Defense Position, apply the ATK of this card for damage calculation.

As long as this card is face-up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot attack your lifepoints directly, all card effects that damage your life points directly are negated, and your opponent can only attack this card.

As long as this card is in face-up defense position, this card cannot be destroyed, removed from play, or returned to the owner's hand or deck by a card effect. Once per turn, if this card is targetted by a Spell Card or Trap Card, negate the effect of the Spell or Trap Card.

Inflict 100 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each card that is sent to the Graveyard by this effect. Then you draw 5 cards.

This card cannot be destroyed in result of battle. (Damage calculations are applied normally)

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Spellcaster-Type monsters from your field.

Once per your Main Phase 1, you can add 1 spell or trap card from either your or your opponent's Graveyard or your deck to your hand.

By removing from play 1 card from your graveyard during your turn, you can play 1 trap card from your hand.

By discarding 2 cards from the bottom of your deck to the graveyard during your opponent's turn, you can play 1 spell or trap card from your hand during your opponent's turn.

Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed or removed from play by a Spell Card or Trap Card, you can discard 1 card from your hand to negate the effect of the Spell or Trap Card and destroy it.

Tovalian - Fuhrer of the Ocean.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Sea Serpent -Type monsters from your field.

Once during your main Phase 1, you can special summon upto 2 WATER or Sea Serpent-Type or Aqua-Type monster from your hand to your side of the field.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the field is treated as "Umi" (however there is no increasing or decreasing of ATK/DEF due to "Umi"'s effect) If there is an active Field Spell Card on the field while this card is face-up, destroy the Field Spell Card.

As long as this card remain in face-up attack position on the field, when Aqua, Sea Serpent-Type, and WATER monsters on your side of the field attack with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of your opponent's Defense Position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a Spell Card or Trap Card, it is not destroyed.

When this card is special summoned, special summon "Token Baits" (Beast-Type/EARTH/1 Star/ATK 0/DEF 0. These Tokens cannot be tributed in any possible way.) in Face-up Attack Position on your opponent side of the field until all of your opponent's open monster space is filled up. These tokens cannot change battle positions except by a card effect.

During your main phase 1, you can discard 1 card from your hand to special summon upto 4 "Token Gods" (Beast-Type/EARTH/3 Star/ATK 2100/DEF 2000. These Tokens can be tributed for Tribute Summon) in face-up Attack position on your side of the field.

During your main phase 2, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to destroy all spell and trap cards on your opponent side of the field and then set 5 "Token Traps" (Continuous Trap Card, "When this card is destroyed, increase your opponent's Life Points by 1000.") on your opponent side of the field and give control of those "Token Traps" to your opponent side of spell/trap zone.

During your opponent's stand-by phrase, you can discard 1 card from your hand to special summon 3 "Token Baits" (Beast-Type/EARTH/1 Star/ATK 0/DEF 0. These Tokens cannot be tributed in any possible way.) in Face-up Attack Position on your opponent side of the field. These tokens cannot change battle positions except by a card effect.

Leonheart - The Savior of all kind

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 of either Beast -Type or Beast-Warrior - Type from your side of the field.

As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, when any of your monsters on your side of the field battles with another monster, inflict your opponent's life points equal to the opponent monster's ATK point that battles with any of your monster on your side of the field after damage step. (Damage calculation are applied normally)

During your turn main phase 1, you can remove from play 1 card from your side of the field to increase all monsters, including tokens, on your side of the field by 1500 ATK points until your End Phase.

This card's name is treated as "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys" in hand/deck/field/graveyard/removed from play.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Winged Beast -Type monsters from your field or by the effect of "Hand of Nephthys" or by this card's own effect. When using the effects of "Hand of Nephthys" to special summon this card, you must tribute a total of any 3 monsters, including non Winged Beast - Type, from your side of the field instead including "Hand of Nephthys".

When this card is special summoned to your side of the field with exception of spell or trap cards, negate the effects of all spells and trap cards on the field and then destroy all spells and trap cards on your opponent side of the field.

If this card is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phase.

If this card is removed from play from the field/deck/hand/graveyard, special summon this card during your next standby Phase.

If this card was special summoned from your graveyard to your side of the field after it was destroyed as a result of battle, destroy all monsters from your opponent side of the field. Then you can also negate and destroy the number of spell and trap cards on the field equal or less then the number of monsters destroyed by this card effect.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Fairy - Type from your side of the field.

This card is uneffected by any card effects that destroys or removes from play.

When this card goes to the graveyard from your hand or from your deck by your opponents card effect, destroy all cards in your opponent side of the field.

Also during your main phase 1, you can select 1 monster on the field and equip it to this card. (this effect can only be used once per turn and you can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card). When this card is equipped with a monster card, increase it's ATK/DEF by the number of stars of the monster x 700 points. (A Face-down monster card is considered to have level 0)

You can destroy the equipped monster card that is equipped to this card to destroy any 1 card on the field at any phase except during damage step.

When this card is destroyed as a result of battle while equipped with a monster card, special summon that monster card to your side of the field at the End Phase. If that monster card was originally controlled by your opponent, you control it instead.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up.

Tribute 3 Fish - Type monsters on your side of the field to send this card from the field to the graveyard. If this card was send to the graveyard in this way, your opponent cannot draw by any card effect and skips their Draw Phrase as long as this card remains in the graveyard.

This card does not return to the owner's hand if it is in the graveyard even if it was normal summoned or flipped face-up during that same turn.

If this card is removed from the graveyard, remove it from play instead.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set, this card cannot be special summoned except by tributing Queen's Knight, King's Knight and Jack's Knight in face atk up possition. During the turn that this card is special summoned, warrior type monsters cannot be destroyed. When this card is special summoned destroy all cards on yor opponent side of the field. when this card attack directly to your opponent life points, special summon a warrior type monster from your hand, deck or graveyard.

(This card would cause some serious irritation- possibly more than creature swap does... although could lead to some major combo potential)

(Of all the types in the monster in the Yu-gi-oh! game, Plants are on the bottom of the totem pole. This would be a staple card in the plant deck, and the foil card in the Plant structure deck. Plus, the ability of this card would be devastating for your opponent, unless they got some plant cards.)

Level 4? Fusion Monsters are notorious for having higher Levels than they would have were they not Fusions (well, most of them).

Otherwise, not bad. A little too strong, perhaps (the effect, that is), but not bad.
 
e-heros are unique in that they are SO popular and yet SO in need of help...i thought this would actually help the cause without being "broken"....maybe "only summon by.." or drop atk to 1400.... keeping metamorphosis out of the picture....
